We are looking for a Software Manual Tester to join our QA team and help us ensure the quality of our mobility payment platform. The Manual Tester will work closely with all scrum teams, including backend, frontend, and native app teams, to test new features, fixed bugs, execute regression tests, and take care of daily automated tests and reporting. The Software Manual Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

What you'll get to do:

• Comprehensive App Testing: Conduct thorough testing of our Android, iOS, and web applications to guarantee optimal functionality and user experience.
• Test Execution and Analysis: Work closely with all scrum teams to test new features and fixed bugs. This includes e.g. REST API testing, examining WebView challenges, and validating deep links, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Automated and Regression Testing: Perform meticulous regression testing, manage daily automated tests, and handle test reporting.
• Test Documentation: Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring they align with best practices in native app and web app testing.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with the development team for bug resolutions and provide 2nd level support when necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in a Software Manual Tester role or similar, with a focus on mobile and web applications
• Proficiency in testing Android and iOS apps, web applications, and APIs
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
• Prior experience with test automation tools and frameworks will be considered an asset
• ISTQB certification is a plus
