- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipelines, engage customers and close deals
- Confident communicator who sparks interest through consultative selling
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, drive, and a hands-on approach
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, stays organized, and works independently
- Excellent German and English skills
