Team Management

Cultivate a positive team culture with open communication and feedback.
Mentor team members and promote their professional growth.
Set clear goals and ensure accountability for quality and performance.

Technical Leadership

Lead backend development with hands-on coding and system design.
Drive excellence in microservices, scalability, performance, and security.
Stay updated on Node.js, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD best practices.

Pragmatic Delivery

Balance technical and business priorities for timely, high-quality solutions.
Translate objectives into actionable development plans.
Optimize workflows and directly contribute to coding when needed.

Your Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Kafka, and database systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps principles.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to guide and motivate diverse teams.
