Are you a passionate and experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS and a drive to innovate in the fleet management space? ryd is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the development and evolution of our B2B fleet solutions, playing a pivotal role in expanding our fleet customer base and enhancing our operational capabilities.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Technical Product Manager for our B2B Fleet Product Development Vertical, you will be the end-to-end owner of our fleet management product line for B2B customers, reporting directly to the Product Director. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product roadmap, define priorities, and drive feature development in alignment with overall business goals.

  • Discovery & Ideation: Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, operations, engineering) and external experts to identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and innovative solutions.

  • Customer Centricity: Maintain regular direct communication with B2B fleet customers to gather feedback, validate requirements, and address challenges, ensuring our products truly meet their needs.

  • Back-Office & Customer Portal Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of our internal back-office systems and customer-facing portals to improve efficiency and user experience.

  • API Development & Integration: Drive the development of a robust third-party integration API, enabling seamless onboarding, fleet maintenance, member management, and constraint handling with external fleet management tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate product performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Technical Product Manager role, with a strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business models and experience with SaaS product delivery.
  • Knowledge of API development and integration workflows.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to evaluate performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
