Your Tasks
As a Technical Solution & Success Manager, you will be the technical cornerstone of our partner relationships. You will guide partners through their integration journey, ensuring they leverage our solution effectively and achieve their business goals. Your deep technical expertise, combined with exceptional communication skills, will be vital in turning partner challenges into product enhancements and driving overall ecosystem success.
What You'll Get To Do:
Partner Integration & Guidance: Act as the primary technical point of contact for our OEM, API, and Fleet partners (ranging from large enterprises to SMEs), guiding them through the entire integration lifecycle. You'll maintain and advocate for best-in-class integration guidelines.
Technical Advisory & Enablement: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance. You'll be adept at explaining our REST, OpenAPI/Swagger, gRPC, and SOAP APIs, conducting technical workshops, and finding optimal integration solutions tailored to our partners' needs.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor and analyze each partner's success and performance KPIs. Utilizing tools like Graylog, Superset, Checkmk, Google Analytics, and Firebase, you will identify potential API call problems (e.g., error rates, latency, usage patterns) and advise on necessary changes to optimize their integration and performance.
Voice of the Partner: Be the internal champion for our partners. Gather their feedback, problems, and technical requirements, converting them into clear, actionable product improvement proposals. You'll collaborate closely with our Product Development team to align on priorities and ensure partner needs are met.
Reporting & Insights: Own the internal partner success and performance reporting. This includes setting up monitoring dashboards, defining key alerts, and providing regular insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring we stay ahead of potential issues and celebrate successes.
Problem Resolution: Step in with your deep solutions expertise when complex technical issues arise that require more than frontline support, ensuring swift and effective resolution for our partners.
